We aim to fulfil your order and soon as possible. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be dispatched, but please note we are a small business with small operation and occasionally orders may fall slightly outside of these time frames. But don’t worry we are working really hard to get your beer to you!
As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Salt Steel Brewing Co. and you will receive another email when it has been dispatched.
If you are not in when delivery is made a card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery.
All goods require a signature from an adult who is over the age of 18. We will not deliver alcohol to
anyone under the age of 18.
To return merchandise goods, the customer is liable for all return shipping costs except in cases where goods are faulty, in which case they will be reimbursed to the customer. Once the goods are received back in our warehouse, a refund will be processed for the goods, minus applicable shipping costs, unless the return concerns faulty or damaged goods. If there is a problem with your beer order, or you believe to be in receipt of faulty merchandise please send an email to sales@saltsteelbrewing.com with details of your order and a brief description of the fault, along with any supporting images to support your refund.
We cannot accept responsibility for delivery failure if you provide an incorrect address and postal code or incorrect contact telephone number. Please check this information when placing your order.
As our online gift vouchers are issued as a code (sent automatically when placing the order) we are unable to offer a refund on these purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
