I have made the decision to re brew the beer as I have worked too hard over the past 18 months to share a beer with you that I’m not happy with.
We will begin brewing again asap but unfortunately it means we are likely to miss a Christmas delivery. I hope you understand and I’ll look forward to sending our final product out to you asap.
I’m aware that some of you will have made purchases based on them being Christmas presents, so I sincerely apologise, but I am sure you appreciate us wanting to ensure your gift is of the highest quality. However, if based on this you would prefer a refund, then please send an email over to email@example.com with details of your order, and we’ll make arrangements to refund you as soon as we can.
This is another hurdle in our journey, but I look forward to sharing our beer with you as soon as we can. There is a YouTube link below explaining this all too.
