Pre-Order Update

First of all, can I start by saying thank you to everyone who recently pre-ordered. I am writing to you with an update on the brewing process and recent brew day/canning day that you may have seen us sharing on our social media channels.

I was excited to get some of the cans back to try myself, but unfortunately, discovered an issue. The beer tastes great, has a wonderful aroma and colour, but unfortunately it appears to lose its head and feel flat rather too quickly.

I have made the decision to re brew the beer as I have worked too hard over the past 18 months to share a beer with you that I’m not happy with.

We will begin brewing again asap but unfortunately it means we are likely to miss a Christmas delivery. I hope you understand and I’ll look forward to sending our final product out to you asap.

I’m aware that some of you will have made purchases based on them being Christmas presents, so I sincerely apologise, but I am sure you appreciate us wanting to ensure your gift is of the highest quality. However, if based on this you would prefer a refund, then please send an email over to sales@saltsteelbrewing.com with details of your order, and we’ll make arrangements to refund you as soon as we can.

This is another hurdle in our journey, but I look forward to sharing our beer with you as soon as we can. There is a YouTube link below explaining this all too.
